Classroom Dashboard
The eChalk mobile dashboard provides an up-to-date view of all announcements that have been marked urgent, along with all of the current day's events across each of your active classes.
Parents with accounts on the system that have successfully linked to their child(ren) via Student ID or the last 4 digits of their SS# will also see a listing of all of their children on their mobile device and will be able to access their class dashboard information as well.
Classes
The Classes screen includes a listing of all of your (or your child(ren)'s) active classes. Each class contains the announcement, events, resources, and course description that have been posted by the instructor(s). It also includes convenient access to class members' information so you can easily keep in touch.
Notification
Getting the word out about important events or announcements to your students is now easier than ever before. Using the mobile notification feature available to all instructors with full management privileges, information can quickly be disseminated to all class members via text and/or email.
Settings
You can control how you would like to receive notifications—via email or via both email and text if you've configured your wireless settings in eChalk. The automatic login setting allows you to get the information you want faster, without the hassle of entering your email and password each time you access the app.
